Bhutan Tour Charges, High Season Tariffs, Low Season Charges

The minimum tariff for our guests visiting Bhutan are as follows:

High Season Tariffs – (High Season months are February, March, April, May, August, September, October, November and December)

US$180 per person per night for more then 2 pax + US$20 per person(visa processing fee)

Low Season Tariffs – (Low season months are January, June and July)

US$ 150 per person per night for more then 2 pax + US$20 per person(visa processing fee)

The minimum daily rates shall be inclusive of the following:

Government Royalty and Tourism Development Fund.
Visa processing fee, museum fees.
Accommodations(Standard:3 or 4 Star), approved by Tourism Council of Bhutan and Hotel Association of Bhutan.
Food(three meals a day).
Service of guides(licensed by Department of Tourism and English speaking).
Transport within Bhutan(Luxurious Sedan cars, SUVs and Mini hiace bus).
Riding ponies and pack animals on treks.
Cooks(professional) and staff(experienced) on treks.
Tents(high quality from Nepal) and other equipments on treks.

Individual guests and smaller groups of less than three persons shall be subject to surcharge, over and above the minimum daily rates applicable, as follows:

Single individual – US$40 per person per night
Group of two – US$30 per person per night

Please bear in mind that tour price quoted will not include cost of any Druk Air(Royal Bhutan Airlines)fares, airport taxes outside Bhutan, tips, gratuities, alcoholic beverages and use of telephones.
